FLEIK didn't just have a business idea; FLEIK came to revolutionize a way of living, challenging and changing the conception of work, always based on the well-being of its clients and allies. As the first organizational culture agency in Colombia, Laura and Juliana came with the idea of impacting people's well-being in their day-to-day lives.

For this business idea, FLEIK needed a powerful, differentiated brand strategy that would provide the best assets for a young, revolutionary brand and the face of a business that would be a pioneer in an emerging category in the country. FLEIK had to embody the philosophy of "working to live, not living to work."

To bring the brand to life, we needed to create a name, an identity, and a system that was versatile and demonstrated the uniqueness of each individual: their goals, their dreams, but always aligned with their well-being. For this, we created a youthful brand that represented its clients and creators; in FLEIK, like snowflakes, we are UNIQUE and irreplaceable.
